Why we built it this way
Most schools we talked to weren't short on software — they had a fee system, a gradebook, a messaging app, and a spreadsheet holding it all together. The problem was never a lack of tools. It was that none of them spoke to each other.
O R B starts from a different premise: one connected data source with three purpose-built ways in. Administrators get a console built to run the whole institution. Staff get Pulse, built for the pace of a real school day. Parents get Academix, built to answer "how's my child doing" without a phone call.
A payment made in Academix updates the same ledger an accountant sees in the console. A gate scan in Pulse updates the same attendance record a teacher sees when taking the register. That's the whole idea — not three apps that happen to share a name, but one system with three faces.
